Leadership should not feel out of reach.

We help growing organisations stay connected.

Growth creates opportunity.

It also creates distance.

Distance between leaders and employees.
Distance between strategy and reality.
Distance between the people making decisions and the people living them.

Company Voices helps close that distance through authentic, employee-led conversations with senior leadership.

One employee. One senior leader. One conversation that the wider organisation can share.

Our mission

Bringing leadership and employees closer together.

As organisations grow, genuine conversations between senior leaders and employees naturally become less frequent.

Layers of management appear. Calendars fill up. Communication becomes more structured, more controlled and increasingly one-directional.

Employees may hear from leadership, but rarely have the opportunity to sit across from them, ask thoughtful questions and have a real conversation.

At Company Voices, we exist to help bridge that gap.

We create the space for employees and leaders to speak openly, listen properly and understand one another beyond the usual company update, town hall or internal announcement.

Because the strongest organisations do not just communicate.
They connect.

Why this matters

Communication is not the same as connection.

Most growing organisations already communicate regularly.

They have town halls, newsletters, engagement surveys, leadership updates, intranets and internal communications teams.

But communication can still feel distant.

01

Employees hear the message

But they do not always see the person behind it, understand how decisions are made or feel they have genuine access to leadership.

02

Leaders receive the data

But surveys, reports and management layers cannot fully recreate a direct conversation with someone experiencing the organisation every day.

03

The organisation shares content

But polished corporate messaging rarely creates the same interest or trust as a thoughtful conversation between real people.

Company Voices creates a different kind of moment: direct, human and worth paying attention to.

How Company Voices works

A simple idea, delivered properly.

Every quarter, one employee sits down with a senior leader for a professionally produced, employee-led conversation.

The employee is not handed a script.

The leader is not placed in a press interview.

The conversation is prepared carefully, supported independently and allowed to feel natural.

01

We understand your organisation

We begin with a short planning session to understand your culture, priorities, leadership team and internal communication goals.

02

An employee is selected

We help you invite and select an employee from across the organisation. Participation is voluntary, and the opportunity can rotate across teams, locations and levels of seniority.

03

We prepare the conversation

We support the employee in developing thoughtful questions and becoming comfortable with the format. Sensible boundaries are agreed without scripting the discussion.

04

The conversation takes place

The employee sits down with a senior leader for a relaxed, recorded conversation. A Company Voices conversation producer is present to manage the environment, support both participants and keep the experience calm and professional.

05

We shape the story

The recording is professionally edited into a compelling long-form conversation, supported by shorter clips and written content.

06

Your organisation shares it

The finished content can be used across internal communications, leadership engagement, employer branding, recruitment and selected external channels.

Company Voices does not conduct the interview. The employee leads the conversation. Our role is to create the conditions for a genuine exchange and manage everything around it.

One conversation. Value across the organisation.

Designed for employees, leaders and the organisation around them.

01

For employees

A rare opportunity to be heard, recognised and trusted.

  • Direct access to senior leadership
  • The opportunity to ask meaningful questions
  • Experience in communication and interviewing
  • Greater visibility across the organisation
  • A stronger sense of involvement in the company’s direction
  • The chance to represent the experiences of colleagues

It turns an employee from a passive audience member into an active participant in the organisation’s story.

02

For leaders

A direct connection to the people experiencing the business every day.

  • A more human way to communicate
  • Better understanding of employee perspectives
  • The opportunity to explain decisions in greater depth
  • Increased visibility without a scripted corporate format
  • A chance to demonstrate curiosity, openness and leadership
  • Conversations that employees may engage with more readily than another formal update

It allows leadership to be seen not only as a source of decisions, but as people willing to listen, explain and connect.

03

For the organisation

A repeatable way to strengthen connection while creating genuinely useful content.

  • Stronger leadership visibility
  • More meaningful employee participation
  • Authentic internal communications
  • Employer-brand content grounded in real conversations
  • Reusable video, audio and written assets
  • A format that can scale across teams, offices and countries

The conversation becomes both an organisational experience and a lasting communication asset.

Internal and external content packs

The conversation is the experience.

The content is what allows its impact to travel further.

Why use Company Voices?

Because independence changes the conversation.

An internal team can organise a leadership interview.

A production company can film one.

But Company Voices is designed around something different: creating a credible space between the employee, the leader and the organisation.

We are not part of the management structure. We are not the internal communications team. We are not there to turn the conversation into an advertisement.

Our independence helps employees feel supported, gives leaders a clear and professional framework and protects the authenticity of the exchange.

Independent

We sit outside existing reporting lines, internal politics and communication structures.

Employee-led

The employee is not simply featured in the content. They lead the conversation.

Carefully supported

Authenticity does not mean a lack of preparation. We create the structure and confidence needed for the conversation to work.

Built for continuity

This is not intended as a one-off campaign. It is a repeatable format that can become part of how a growing organisation stays connected.

We protect the thing that makes the idea valuable in the first place: a real conversation.

The content matters. But it is not the starting point.

Company Voices produces valuable video, audio and written content.

But the purpose is not simply to create another piece of corporate media.

The purpose is to create access.

To give an employee a meaningful seat at the table.

To give a leader the opportunity to listen, explain and connect.

And to allow the wider organisation to witness a conversation that would not normally take place.

Content is the result.

Connection is the reason.

Who Company Voices is for

Built for organisations where growth is creating distance.

Company Voices is designed for growing and established organisations that want leadership communication to feel more open, human and connected.

It may be particularly valuable for organisations experiencing:

  • Rapid headcount growth
  • Multiple offices or international teams
  • Hybrid and remote working
  • New leadership or organisational change
  • Increasing layers of management
  • Falling engagement with traditional internal communications
  • A need for stronger employer-brand content
  • A desire to give employees more meaningful visibility and participation

The organisation does not need to be broken.
It simply needs to recognise that staying connected becomes harder as it grows.

Founding partners

Help shape the first Company Voices programmes.

Company Voices is currently speaking with a small number of organisations interested in becoming founding partners.

Founding partners will have the opportunity to help shape the delivery model, establish how the programme works within their organisation and create an approach that can develop over time.

This is for organisations that believe leadership connection matters and are willing to explore a more human way of strengthening it.

Discuss a founding partnership

No hard sell. Just an initial conversation about your organisation, the idea and whether there is a fit.

Frequently asked questions

A few things you may be wondering.

Is this an employee interview with the leader?

Yes, but it should not feel like a formal media interview. The employee leads the conversation and asks the questions. Company Voices helps prepare both participants and creates the right environment for a thoughtful, natural discussion.

Does Company Voices ask the questions?

No. The employee asks the questions. A Company Voices conversation producer is present to manage the experience, support both participants and ensure the recording runs smoothly.

Will the conversation be scripted?

No. Questions and themes are prepared in advance, and sensible boundaries are agreed, but the answers are not scripted. The value comes from allowing a genuine conversation to develop.

How is the employee selected?

The process can be adapted to the organisation. Employees may apply, be nominated or be invited through an open internal opportunity. We help create a fair approach that allows participation to rotate across the organisation.

What happens if something sensitive is discussed?

Clear boundaries and approval processes are agreed before the conversation takes place. The final content is edited and reviewed before anything is shared internally or externally.

Does the content have to be shared publicly?

No. The organisation decides where the content is used. A conversation may remain entirely internal, or selected clips may be approved for employer-brand, recruitment or external communication purposes.

Can our internal communications team do this themselves?

Potentially. The difference is independence. Company Voices provides a neutral structure outside existing reporting lines and communication functions, helping the experience feel less like a corporate production and more like a genuine exchange.

Is this a one-off project?

It can begin with a pilot, but Company Voices is designed as a continuing quarterly programme. Over time, different employees, leaders, departments and locations can take part.

Where does the conversation take place?

Usually at the organisation’s offices or another suitable professional location. The setting should feel comfortable, natural and appropriate for a private recorded discussion.

How do we get started?

We begin with an introductory conversation about your organisation, leadership structure, workforce and communication priorities. From there, we can explore a pilot or founding partnership.

The distance created by growth does not have to become permanent.

Company Voices gives employees a meaningful opportunity to speak with leadership and gives leaders a better way to remain connected to the organisation around them.

One employee.One leader.One genuine conversation.
